Matt,

you wil probably get many mails like this because the
Harmony project is defunct. Since the license for qt2.0
is open source and the modification conditions are liberalized
it seemed there was no need for Harmony any more.
Please see the QT web page. I think, if you start at www.kde.org
you will find a pointer from there to the relevant info.
