We finally agree on something.  Good.  No hard feelings; we just have
different points of view.

I'm afraid not.  I seriously doubt that TT will separate their commercial
and free QT products into two different code bases with two different
feature sets.  That's what they'd need to do because the combined work would
be termed a "derivative work" of Harmony under the LGPL since it serves the
same purpose.  TT would have to LGPL QT (or the free version).  I think that
would satisfy all of us, but I don't see TT doing it.

It won't go to waste.  There are people who will finish Harmony, it will
just take more time.


Thank you for the debate.  We don't agree on how to best serve the Linux
community, but I can see that you care.
