Hi,

You can use several scripts floating around. The idea is that the
translations are in the package. You can for example look for the
release_* scripts in the extragear/libs folder. Also you can browse
through the PACKAGING file in the extragrear/graphocs/digikam folder for
some additional hints how we make packages (we split the documentation
because the tarball would be too big, just ignore that part).

I hope this gives you some hints to work with.
