Hi Amarvir,
I am convinced we will find somebody in the KDE Edu community who will be available
to mentor a Parley GSoC. Feel free to discuss your proposal at the Parley or KDE Edu
mailing list.
As a side note, for a good proposal it is always a good idea to start early to set the
scope of the GSoC project and discuss how and if it actually fits into the application ;)
