I checked the application, it gives the view of the earth and the sky. The
user can view the coordinates and the position of different celestial
objects relative to it.

It does have the zoom in and out features with tags but does not include
the suggested proposed application features.

</div>I am not a KStars expert, but I would suggest you have a look at it before<br>
creating a new application, it may as well just be easier to expand it than<br>
coding a new app from scratch.<br>
