Hi,

According to the 4.7 release schedule
http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.7_Release_Schedule
the soft feature freeze is next week on the 28th April. If you want to add or 
finish a feature after this date you need to list it on
http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.7_Feature_Plan
and to complete it before May 12th

Hard feature freeze will be on Thursday May 12th and only bug fixes will be 
allowed after this.
