That's pretty much what I was thinking about.  We've been talking about 
adding a KStars setup wizard; the extra downloads could be one page of 
the wizard.

Yeah, for 3.2, I guess I'll have to settle for a URL to these extra 
files in the README :(.  Unless people think that shrinking the module 
size is not urgent...
