Looks like a Mozilla bug to me (although works fine in Moz 0.9.9).

I have tryed 4 browsers. In Netscape 4 and Konqueror the problem dosen't
apear, so it might not be your probjem at all.
In Galeon 1.2.1 and Mozilla 1.0rc1 it looks like the screenshot.
I have tryed several machines.
