I think I already mentioned before, that I am much in favour of configurable 
options ;-)))

Well, another weird idea for this problem: Make an option for language apps, 
that says "use language of excercise for GUI". This could be also one of the 
options that is configured globally in a kcontrol center module. If the 
english GUI is translated by the translations teams, then the translations 
are available anyways (ok, if they are installed... but usually one learns 
only a limited set of languages and you could tell the user to install the 
other i18n packages to use this option).

It would be nice if the language apps handle that in a similar way. Is there 
any cooperation between the coders going on?
