Ok, all kde-edu apps should now be properly using the bugs database.  I added 
those to Maintainers.xml didn't have an entry.  I updated main.cpp for 
KPercentage, KLatin, KVerbos, Kiten and KmPlot.  I think that's everything.  
Let me know if I missed something or managed to screw something up.
