I put Kig for KDE3.2 but as I already told you, if you think it's ready for 
KDE3.1 and does not clash with KGeo, you can go ahead for KDE3.1.

Each developer takes his own decision concerning her/his app.

Nothing is definitive, this is just me trying to plan things better than I 
did for KDE3.0.  If you want to go for KDE3.1, it is possible. You will need 
to import in HEAD as soon as possible and have a fully working app and a doc 
in about 1 month 1/2 I would say.

If it's KDE3.2, there is no release schedule yet, you'll have 5 months I 
would say. In that case, Kig stays in kdenonbeta and moves to HEAD just after 
the KDE3.1 release.

Just tell me how you wish to proceed and I'll update the feature pages 
consequently.
