Probably agree. But personally I find KDevelops' messing with Makfiles
annoying. I would have absolutely no idea how to fix it in KDevelop (I'm not
even sure I have KDevelop installed here), and it's annoying to have my
changes to Makefile.am overwritten.

Really then you should inform the people _NOT_ to commit.

Patches aren't used in the vast majority of the rest of KDE CVS (only if
you're not familair with the app and don't know the if the fix is correct). I
don't really see why such a thing needs to be imposed here. Particularly as
the rest of CVS had _hundreds_ more developers than kdeedu does.
