CVS version 1.1 contains these errors, but appearently Lauri Watts
has corrected these in CVS ver 1.2.
CVSv1.2, when compiled with 2.2.1+ tools, a few entities have to be
defined in your docbook source... The entities that I added to make
things work for 2.2.1 were: &kstars; &kde-http; and &kde-ftp;. Ck'd
general.entities, they're there for tag 2_2_BRANCH, 2_2_2_RELEASE.
Not in 2_2_1__RELEASE.
So, looks like 2.2.2 is fine, but under 2.2.1 some fiddling is
required.
