Yes, there probably needn't to be fancy graphics/animations/... for "older 
people" - but also these people could make us of a supporting learning- and 
training-app.
This would be a module-specific thing. Diffferent groups of exercise-modules 
(for different target-groups) could have different look&feels,....
There could also be the possibility to show only "adult-modules" or 
"child-modules" dependent on the chosen mode. But the underlying base-program 
could/should be the same - shouldn't it?

So we need "learning functionality" and guided exercises for beginners.

So we need an app which collects all the different "modules" for the different 
tasks and presents them under a unique interface ;-)

Yes, the exercises should be highly configurable....
