This message goes out to all KDE team members and users.

Please do not forget that Linux isn't the be all end all of UNIX. You know
what it feels like to have people look down on you because you don't use
Windows. Please don't do the same to those of us who don't use Linux.

It's very frustrating to run into a build problem had have it shrugged off
as being a problem with FreeBSD. It doesn't matter if non-Linux systems do
things differently. That needs to be taken into account. Otherwise you risk
alienating the other Unices.
