Subject:    Problems building CVS version of kdebase (KDE_2_2_RELEASE)

Checked out KDE_2_2_RELEASE with CVS.  Was not able to run
'make -f Makefile.cvs' sucessfully both with autoconf-2.13+automake-1.4:

This will be deleted before making the distribution
