You dont have to make a script into a binary file to make it runable without
calling sh explicitly.

Make sure the top line of the script has #!/bin/sh
Make it executable by chmod a+x ./joe.sj
Rename it to whatever you like
Put it in a directory that is in users paths e.g. /usr/local/bin or /usr/bin
