Is there any standard way of converting various character encodings(ANSI CP 
1250, CP 1252, ISO 8859-1, 8859-2) to Unicode? In Qt documentation I found 
sth like QTextCodec, but it does not provide the most common ANSI and ISO 
charsets conversion. And one more thing. I don't want to rely on locales. I 
'd like to specify from which charset I will convert.
