Subject:    How do you set up kdevelop to work on cvs copy

I would like to set up kdevelop to work in a cvs copy of kdenetwork (kmail) 
and the documentation refers to a script "kimport".

Although I have kdevelop (2.0) setup from CVS, and although there is a 
kimport script in kdevelop/tools subdirectory - A) It doesn't get installed 
during a "make install" (it seems to be listed as a data file in the 
Makefile.am), and B) I haven't a clue how to run it (I tried running it 
without parameters in the tools directory and it seemed to output a config 
file to standard output]

Can someone put me out of my misery.
