This can only happen, if there are some -L/opt/kde/lib/ arguments in the
different .la files which are linked here.  That includes here
libsoundserver_idl.la, libartskde.la and all .la which they in turn
require, and recusively on.  This is a feature.

But I agree, that it's an error in libtool, to prefer those -L flags, even
if one the command line other are given, which also hold a suitable .la
file.

OTOH this exact error can happen only, if you copied some installed .la
files out of their initial dir to another one.  In this case you also have
to adjust the .la files, because they contain references to the dir they
are installed in.  Or that at the time of building a lib the required
libaudiofie.la was in /opt/kde/lib/, but now isn't anymore, i.e. got
removed.
