Yes, I mean 2.2 isn't even released so it's a bit premature to plan 2.3 
already. And the idea is that the releases follow the code, so if everyone 
starts to think for him/herself what he/she would like to finish before 2.3 
then we can sit together by the time 2.2 has been released and try to come up 
with an estimate of how much time 2.3 is going to need and when the next 
release should be.
