...but first here's a report of top after the demize of my keyboard
(BTW: the Scroll-LED was suddenly on after the keyboard hang :)
Maybe it's useful for you. I did cat it into a file during a remote
login with telnet. Very strange was the fact that 'reboot -t 0' or 'halt
-t 0' as well as 'init 1' had no effect by that root login via telnet. I
had to press the Reset key at my dead machine.
