I'd say, you have modified the file mocgen.cpp and the update created a 
conflict. cvs inserts somthing like

<<<< 1.1
	bla
=======
	fasel
>>>> mocgen.cpp

to denote that a conflict needs to be cleaned up by user interaction.

in that case, remove mocgen.cpp und cvs up again.
