I must confirm this, too :-(
Running testing as well. For me this happened yesterday after a kdelibs 
update. A
cvs up -D"2days ago" kdelibs/kdecore/kextsock* kdelibs/kdecore/netsupp*
solved the problem here (some hours ago).
