That's not the fault of cxx, but (if at all anyones fault), of trolltech's
config file for that compiler, which obviously doesn't set a runpath.
include $QTDIR/lib in $LD_LIBRARY_PATH (QTDIR being the builddir at that
time), so that uic is finding libqt.so.
