Yes, that gets you the latest (i.e. development version).
> or I have to specify some RELEASES ? like cvs co -r<release> kdelibs
You can do that too but then it won't be the latest :)
Use
cd kdelibs ; cvs log Makefile.am | less (for instance),
to see the available release tags.
