is a description for installing a CVS version.

P.S.: At first login on the CVS server by calling
  cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.kde.org:/home/kde login
P.P.S.: there's also a typo. It isn't -DUSE_KDE_2_2_1 but
-DUSE_KDE_2_1_1.
