There isn't a problem of moving the mouse out of the VMWare window - I can
move it freely between the X and the VM window - and it will change
accordingly (white in windows, black in X) - of course - the cursor change is
if the VM window is on focus (active).

No problem with full screen at all. It's just that when I'm moving the mouse
out of the VM window and click-to-focus on another Linux window (example -
konsole, xchat, etc...) - then I have to wait like around 6-10 seconds before
its getting focus..
Matthias - could you give a hand please? (I heard you're the kwin expert)
