Hiho, there is an online book to autoconf and automake. I think it's under 
open publication license or so. If I remember right, I found it somwhere at 
gnu.org. At least it's linked there. RedHat has a link on their developers 
site, too.

Sorry, can't give you my bookmark right now because konqueror keeps crashing 
after upgrading kdelibs without recompiling the other stuff yet. 

Maybe you can find it.
