we could add a checkbox "Automatically add extension" to the filedialog. 
StarOffice does it like that. I had a look at QDialog::setExtension() today, 
but it doesn't work very well when using a modal dialog and exec() (I tried 
to make an extension-widget automatically show up on show()).

Maybe we need an own extension-widget here.
