Just like some developers forget there are people with slower machines, I
forgot there are people with faster machines :), so I set the timeout to 60
seconds ( and it was 80 actually because of two little mistakes ). I changed
it to 30 seconds for now.

Ah. People who hate it, people who like it, and now you poor developer make
your choice ?

No, it's not a bug. It's not done yet in the new implementation. I use
minicli most of the time or start apps directly from the command line, so I
even didn't notice I forgot this.
