I am afraid no matter what optimizations you use you won't notice any speed up
at all with just 32M of memory.  Any "speed up" you get will be negated by 
swap file usage.  In this case your best bet would be to at least get 32M more
Memory is very inexpensive and IMHO that would be your best option.

Other wise the only advice I can give you would be -02 -march=pentium
