Could we have also the ``Save as'' menu item ? It is extremely usefull to
keep on a local disk some document you're viewing from the internet.

Also, I have the impression that when you have a Ps/Pdf document embedded
into konqueror, and you select the menu item 
'Location/Open with Ps/Pdf viewer', then the whole document is downloaded
again from the WWW if it was not on a local disk. Sounds like a waste in
bandwidth.
