I've tested all the styles now and only the QT Styles, except Platinum and
Windows, return the right value. All KDE Styles return a wrong value.
As far as I could judge from looking at it, the height returned is right
because the toolbar leaves a line of one pixel at the top, regardless of
whether there's a menubar or not. Is there any way that this could be fixed
so that I always get to know the right amount of space used by the Menu-,
Status- and Toolbar?

I still didn't have any luck. How can I make it clear that I want to use the
enum from KToolBar?
