Hmm,

Seems you compiled kdebase - without having Motif (or Lesstif) libraries on 
your machine..

I suggest you grab the latest stable lesstif, install it, and then compile QT 
and kdebase, and install them again.

The NS Plugin needs some motiff things ;(
