Get the fix for fixed fonts. Konsole works well with AA.
I personnally disable AA for konsole because it makes scrolling & repainting 
a tiny bit slower, but other than that it works fine. See the post from Lars
with a patch for Qt and one for X - or simply update either X or Qt.
