Hmmm, just think about it: if there are many users you will get many (nice 
and friendly ;) developers. Without users there won't be any developers 
simply because nobody knows about the project....

And of course it won't be the best thing to have 100% of the world just 
because of the resulting lack of competition. That's why I put a ";-)" behind 
that sentence.
