I finally figured it out! :)

When you access http://www.kde.org/ , the server redirects you to
http://www.kde.org/index.html , which apparently, KFM can't handle, causing KFM
to crash, and costing us some embarrasment.

Now, ignore the fact that KFM is outdated.  Most people will still use it for a
while after the release.

And may I remind everyone of the time in which Konqueror crashed at
bugs.kde.org ;)
