Package: kcontrol
Version: KDE 1.90 Beta (Konfucious)
Severity: normal

Having 3 control panels to configure your system is confusing. It would
be nice to have everything in one place:

Take the "User settings", the "System settings" and the "System
information" control panels and merge everything into only one panel.

Applets from the information panel may go into the "Information"
category.

The two tabs in the System settings can be put into a "System" category
into the main panel. You could put a "modify" button to grant root
previleges like in Corel's kcontrol.

Take everything in the "laptop" category (except for "PCMCIA") and move
them to "Power Control". Merge the "low battery critical" and "low
battery warning" into tabs of a "battery" applet.

Thanks.
