OK, I am cool on this. 

The anker doesn't do the "link views" or "view follows view" for me.  
I would think the anker would stop something from moving ;-)

Is it possible to draw a chain on the border of the view, and if
possible to extend that chaing (make it whole) on the other 
view it links.

Hope you get my drift.
