Konqy also crashes sometimes, but for unknown reasons and not after entering a
URL in the location bar.

About SMB:
- Fixed string corruption bug.
- Patched library to accept smb: followed by 0, 1, 2, 3 (or more) /
- Can now link and work with samba-tng-alpha-1.4.tar.gz
- buildURL is more robust.

On my box, smb:// is perfectly valid, but then it was before this change.
It seems KURL maps smb: to smb:// and smb:/ to smb:/// but all are recognized by
libsmb++ now. A potential bug in the internal buildURL caused URLs like smb://:/
to be generated for empty user & pass. Though those URLs were valid, they're now
correctly mapped to smb://

Cheers,
Nicolas
