The mini-CLI would be the only thing needing to follow direcories, from which
if you try to run a program that would normally run in a konsole (i.e. vim),
then it will open in a konsole subwindow.  The konsole subwindow(s) should not
follow directories like the mini-cli.

A regular shell which will run CLI programs when clicked in konqueror or typed
in the mini-cli.
