Ok, I found the error. Thank you very much for your help.

As we say in german "ich habe den Wald vor lauter Baeumen nicht gesehen".

Somehow an old version of the dcopserver had gotten into the kde 1.1.2
directory, and whenever i wanted to start dcopserver, it was taking it from
there :-/
