I was told that there was a desire for a KIO_Man handler.  Well this got me
hooked (finally a chance to contribute something!)

I'm wondering:
- Is anyone else working on this?
- If not, how should I do this, what class should I derive from, "what should I
do" ?
- Is there documentation for that class I'm deriving from?

I'm thinking a 
man://[1-8]/html/manpage
man://[1-8]/tex/manpage
where each spits out the appropriate format.
