Subject:    Error compiling CVS kdesupport

I'm having trouble compiling the CVS version of kdesupport for the last couple
of days. When making the Makefile.cvs the following errors appear:

mimelib/Makefile.am:22: library used but `LIBTOOL' not defined in `configure.in'
QwSpriteField/Makefile.am:26: variable `LIB_QT' not defined
make[1]: *** [cvs] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2          

Maybe there's something wrong with my configuration (I re-installed linux 2
days ago). Or maybe is the makefile itself...
I need some help please!
