I am for this. There should be :

kde-devel (general kde development)
kde-devel-problems (general kde development not compile problems)
kde-core-devel (core kde development)
kde-core-devel-problems (core kde development not compile problems)
... (and so on)

The problem is that developers will subscribe to *-problems if they have
problems but they will not subscribe to solve problems
