There is a project called Lazarus, using the Free Pascal Compiler to
implement a delphi-like thing (not the builder, I believe, just the
classes). If there's any pascal lovers around here, you may want to take a
look at it, since one of the backends is Qt-based, and as you know, from
Qt to KDE it's a not-so-long jump :-)
