Hmm, no. I would like to have a proof for that. :) KLocale tries hard to
make
sure that each and every app only appears in one language - only if the
romanian
translation is not fully done, some words will appear in Romanian. But I
can't
see how French and Romanian could be mixed. 

The selectors you change only affect the lookup of appname.mo and
kdelibs.mo
