Hi 

What must I change, that the kpanel and taskbar are not stay on the top?
I can't find any settings, where I can deactivate it; must I change the
source? Why is it not configurabe like the size or position ?
I want to have the panel permanently visible (no autohide or something),
but other windows can be before the panel (like in KDE 1.0).
