So You do not want to provide the "two bar look"? By now it was easy to
have one bar that does correspond to the display and one that is
responsible for control. (Right now kpanel is a bit confusing, since it
does show the virtual desktops in the "work" instead of the display
area).
It would be good to have the ability of two bars available. Those could
also be docked into each other, as You´ve described above.

The other thing is the scroll-function:
Don´t You think this bar should provide easy access to the programs
running? Scrolling up and down to find what You´re looking for is
TOTALLY opposive to user needs!
Instead the bar should resize itself, so that no other manipulation is
needed!
